Celebrate all things apple at Audley End. With 120 varieties of delicious apples in our beautiful organic kitchen garden, our expert gardeners will be on hand to tell you everything you need to know about apples from top tips to demonstrations.
Join one of our kitchen garden tours and discover the fascinating history of the Kitchen Gardens and how they are run today. Or, take a look at our fruit pruning demonstrations to learn the methods that our skilled Gardeners use to prune and maintain the trained fruit trees in the gardens.
Step back in time and meet our Victorian Head Gardener, Mr Vert, who worked at Audley End. Listen as he shares his extensive knowledge on some of the varities of delicious apples being grown in the garden. Then enjoy admiring beautiful birds in our traditional falconry demonstrations and discover how moutled hawks and falcons entered the fields during the harvest season after their summer rest.
All this and music playing traditional tunes throughout the weekend makes this event the apple of everyone’s eye!

Admission to the event is included in the standard admission ticket price. If you are a Member then your ticket will be free. You don’t need to book your visit in advance, but you will always get the best price and guaranteed entry by booking online ahead of your visit. If you purchase a walk up ticket on the day of the event, the ticket price will be higher than those listed above.
