Christmas is coming to Kenilworth Castle! Step back in time to a nostalgic family Noel complete with festive storytelling and toy making. Enjoy some yuletide cheer with the castle jester, indulge in a treat in the tearoom, and hand-deliver your Christmas list to Father Christmas.
Tickets to An Audience with Father Christmas are £5 per child and booking is essential, pre-book your slot at the following times on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 December by calling our ticket line on 0370 333 1183.
An Audience with Father Christmas timeslots:
10.30 am, 10.45 am, 11.10 am, 11.25 am, 11.50 am, 12.05 pm, 12.30 pm, 1 pm, 1.20 pm, 1.40 pm, 2 pm, 2.20 pm, 2.40 pm, 3 pm and 3.20 pm
A shuttle bus will be running from the Holiday Inn for parking from 10am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 4pm.
11.00am: A Short Schooling in Fooling for all children, fair of face and plucky of spirit, wherein Master “Posh” Peter Cooper conducts an education in the history, art and practice of comedic folly and slapstick. Participants may expect to be entertained!
11.30am: The Christmas Cherry Tree traditional tales in the Stables.
12.00pm: Festive Falconry, the hunt for Christmas Dinner! Discover the traditional method of catching your festive lunch and listen to seasonal tales of game hawking and rural life.
12.30pm: An Interlude of Variety Theatre Inconsequence wherein Master Cooper returns from a long sea voyage, demonstrates treasures of the southern seas and introduces the Good People of Kenilworth to the legendary Cove of Coventry. Lose yourselves in the company of, possibly, the most foolish man in England.
1.00pm: Gawain and the Green Knight traditional tales in the Stables.
2.00pm: Festive Falconry, the hunt for Christmas Dinner! Discover the traditional method of catching your festive lunch and listen to seasonal tales of game hawking and rural life.
2.30pm: The Celebrated Human Torch wherein Master Cooper endangers himself creating a catastrophic conflagration whilst balancing upon a pair of stilts!
3.00pm: The Christmas Cherry Tree traditional tales in the Stables.

Father Christmas pre-sales tickets are now available. Please note, under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult and it is strictly one adult per child allowed in the room. The tickets are £5 per child – this is in addition to normal admission prices. Your admission price for Kenilworth Castle can be paid on the day or while booking your Father Christmas time.
Please ensure you are on-site and at the meeting point 5 minutes prior to the ticket time. A shuttle bus will be running from the Holiday Inn for parking from 10am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 4pm.

You can also pre-book your admission ticket to Kenilworth Castle at the same time, this can also be paid for on the day and members do not need to pre-book admission.
