We are looking for a Corporate Risk Manager to join our team. You'll be on a permanent, full-time contract, working 36 hours per week.
This is geographically flexible role, nationally, where you will get the opportunity to work at some of the most significant sites England has to offer. Some travel to our London and Swindon offices will be required.

- Is a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently, be proactive and take action.
As Corporate Risk Manager, you will be responsible for leading and increasing
engagement with risk management across English Heritage and providing analysis
and challenge to increase the quality of risk management conversations with senior
leadership.
You will be responsible for implementing risk management strategy and principles across the organisation and ensuring comprehensive and insightful risk information is reported to the Executive, Audit and Risk Committee, Board and other governance forums, in line with risk reporting requirements.
To be considered as a Corporate Risk Manager, you'll need proven risk management experience in a large organisation or consultancy including:
- Developing departmental and corporate risk registers
- Setting risk appetite
- Communicating effective risk management to stakeholders of all levels
- Proposing and challenging risk mitigations and monitoring their effective implementation
- Attending and presenting at governance boards
