We are looking for a People Development Manager to join our team. The role is full time and permanent. You'll be contracted to work 36 hours per week.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced and dynamic people development professional, with a passion for developing an incredible team who will support English Heritage colleagues to thrive.

As People Development Manager, you will lead our People Development team to identify, develop and deliver excellent learning and development opportunities that help people to thrive at English Heritage.

You'll work closely with our colleagues across People and Culture to identify new opportunities and the needs of our people in supporting the strategic plan.

To be considered as a People Development Manager you'll need:

- A proven track record in designing and facilitating impactful leadership and management development programmes

- Experience of understanding business needs and using data and insight to build and deliver learning solutions

- Experience of coaching leaders and managers

- Experience of using apprenticeships, traineeships and/or volunteering to develop routes into work and career progression through organisations
