We are looking for a Training and Quality Co-ordinator to join our team. The role is full time. You'll be on a fixed term, full time basis, working 36 hours per week.

As Training and Quality Co-ordinator, you will provide training and quality administrative, project and delivery support to the contact centre management team.
Working with the Training and Performance Manager you will oversee the training provision within the department, working on an annual training plan to ensure a high performing team.
To be considered as the Training and Quality Co-ordinator, you'll need:
Experience of working in a contact centre/customer service environment.
Demonstrable track record of creating and delivering training through a range of communication channels.
A good working knowledge of CRM and contact monitoring systems.
Interviews will be held week commencing 24th March via Microsoft Teams.
