Tickets
Do I need to pre-book tickets?
It is likely that most events will sell-out in advance of the show and it is therefore strongly advised that you purchase tickets in advance to secure entry. You can buy your tickets from ticketmaster.co.uk.
How will my tickets arrive?
Ticket delivery will be advised at point of purchase.
I haven't received my tickets/confirmation email, who do I contact?
Please contact the ticket agent you used to purchase your tickets as they will be best placed to help.
What happens if I cannot attend?
Unfortunately due to the high demand for tickets, they are non-refundable and not interchangeable.
Can I visit in the day and stay for the evening too?
Audley End is operated by English Heritage whereas the concerts are operated by GCE LIVE. You can visit Audley End in the day during advertised opening times however a separate ticket is required for the concerts and for evening parking. Please be aware that visitors will be asked to leave the site at the end of the day and re-enter for the evening concert.
Can I buy tickets on the day?
Tickets will be available from the Box Office from midday and this is located near to the entrance of the arena (not far from the Concorde Temple).
What should I do if I can’t find my tickets?
Please contact your ticket provider for help with your tickets.
Are there any age restrictions?
There are no age restrictions for these events.
What time do the concerts start/end?
Times vary for each concert, please visit www.heritagelive.net for the latest information.
Parking and Accessibility
Where can I park?
Parking is available at £10 (can be purchased in advance during the ticketing process) but please allow plenty of time for your journey to and from the venue as the local road infrastructure is very limited and there are likely to be some delays. Please be patient and respectful to our staff and neighbours and please allow up to 90mins for entering and leaving the car parks. Car parking tickets can also be purchased on the day as you enter the car parks, by paying with cash only.
Is there a drop off/pick up area for taxis?
Yes, this will be at Cambridge gate and the area will be signposted on arrival.
Is there disabled access/facilities?
Disabled tickets are available to buy via ticketing platforms, spaces will need to be booked in advance for the Disabled Viewing Platform (DVP), and disabled parking. There will be a buggy system in place from the car park to the DVP. Complimentary tickets are available for carers. Please note these tickets are sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
Are dogs allowed into the event?
No, dogs are not allowed at this event.
Have you improved the problems trying to leave the car park compared to last year?
Heritage Live have put in place a number of changes to improve the access and exit to the concerts this year, including more parking spaces and stewards.
Food and Drink
Is there food and drink available to buy?
There will be various high-quality food outlets on site as well as bars serving a wide range of drinks including draft beer.
Are there food options for special diets?
There will be a variety of catering options available from food outlets on site providing options for special diets. Please make the catering outlet staff aware of any specific allergens or dietary requirements you have and they will be able to advise you.
Will the bars and food stalls take cash?
No, it is card payments only - following the Covid pandemic, the advice from the DCMS is for all bars and food traders to take card payments wherever possible.
Can I bring a picnic?
Yes, small picnics can be brought in within a carrier bag, ruck-sack or small hamper for consumption on the site. Drinks are not allowed with the exception of sealed bottles of water. Please note that your bags may be searched in line with security procedures. Please also note that alcohol cannot be brought onto the site and, if found within your bags, will be confiscated.
There will also be lots of high-quality food outlets and bars at the event.
Can I bring chairs to sit on?
Yes, small camping chairs and picnic rugs are permitted as long as they are not carried inside large bags (no bigger than A3). Deck chairs will also be available to hire on the evening for £10 each.
Toilets
Are there toilets on site?
There are two blocks of toilets clearly signposted within the arena.
There will be at least 1 disabled toilet at each toilet block, accessible for wheelchairs. There will also be a minimum of two disabled toilets at the AVP for easy access. Vehicles for Change are also providing one of their vehicles, to include a hoist. These will be signposted.
