Rooms and Venue Hire at Shrewsbury Flaxmill Maltings
Hire a venue space at the site of the first iron-framed building in the world, the grandparent of the modern skyscraper.
Shrewsbury Flaxmill Maltings has four spaces available for hire for meetings, events and private functions. The Stables and Smithy both have rooms which are perfect for meetings of up to 16 people, and for workshops and lectures for a maximum of up to 24 people. The Dye House can hold events for up to 200 people, and the Turned Wood Café in the Main Mill is available for private hire in the evenings.
The Stables and the Smithy are available for hire at £75.00 for all day and £40.00 for half a day. Or £15.00 per hour for a minimum of two hours. Prices apply during normal opening hours.
The Dye House is £300 for a morning or afternoon, £600 for an evening, and £800 for all day.
Hires for Turned Wood Café are prices on application.
