Our café located in the walled garden provides the perfect pit stop to refuel after a full day out. Choose from a a selection of delicious hot and cold meals and snacks, including a homemade soup of the day and freshly made sandwiches. Please note that the cafe closes 30 minutes before the park.

Dogs allowed on leads in the grounds. Assistance dogs welcome. Water available in bowl at visitor centre.
Push chairs are allowed in most places on site, except the house due to its historic nature. There is an area available for pushchairs to be left outside while you visit the house.

Due to the delicate nature of our sites, English Heritage does not permit drone flying from or over sites in our care, except by contractors or partners undertaking flights for a specific purpose, who satisfy stringent CAA criteria, have the correct insurances and permissions, and are operating under controlled conditions.
