Frequently asked questions

  • How do I set up an account?

If you’ve made a booking with us in the past, it’s likely your school will have an account. Our contact centre team can check your account status.  If your school/organisation doesn’t have an account, please create your account first.  It should take about 3 working days for your account to be set up, provided we get all the information we need.

  • How do I amend or cancel my booking?

For bookings take place before 27 March 2026

Please use this form to cancel your booking

For bookings taking place from 28 March 2026 onwards

You can amend or cancel your booking by logging into your education booking account.

Please note that we need 14 days’ notice of cancellation, otherwise you may still be charged.

  • Where’s my booking confirmation?

You will receive an email confirmation, including your entry tickets, via the email associated with your booking. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder and you can request your booking confirmation email to be re-sent through your account. You could also email our customer services team for assistance.

  • Why do we need to provide learning objectives?

To ensure that you and your group have the best possible trip, we need some additional information about what subject(s) you’re studying and provide at least 10 words about your overall learning objectives for your visit. By giving as much detail as possible you’re helping to support the ongoing development of our learning offer. If you’re a learning group from the UK this information is required so we can provide free access as part of our free school visits scheme – link to terms and conditions.
