We offer a 15% discount (10% for Stonehenge) for travel trade and organised groups of 11 or more paying visitors when payment is made in a single transaction.
Per group you also receive:
- free entry for one tour leader
- free entry for one coach driver
The tour leader, coach driver and any English Heritage members do not count towards the group totals.

Please include the property name and date of visit in the subject line of your email along with the following information:
- Group name
- Name of property
- Tour reference/booking reference (if applicable)
- Date and time of arrival
- Number of visitors
Payment method:
Payment can be made on arrival by: cash, credit/debit card, Agency Voucher Scheme (AVS).
Visit & Contact information
- Coach parking: Coach park located 200yds away.
- Catering: The Castle sits right in the center of Yarmouth town, where an excellent variety of great cafe's and restaurants are available.
- Exhibition: Displays inside the castle include atmospheric recreations of how the rooms were used in the 16th century, and an exhibition about the many wrecks which occurred in ‘Yarmouth Roads’, the treacherous stretch of sea which the castle overlooks. Exhibition located on the first floor, currently no disabled access.
- Access: Via cobbled pathway. Ground floor area of the courtyard and shop are accessible for wheelchairs. The Castle kitchen, master gunners quarters and original castle entrance are accessible via several steps. Access to upper areas including the viewing platform is via steep historic steps, restricting wheelchair access to the ground floor.
- Average length of visit: 1 hour.
