Unable to access the first floor in the house without negotiating stairs. Level access to toilets and shop. Restaurants have ramped access to tearooms. Please book in advance for mobility scooter or wheelchair loan. Call 01799 522842 ext 210 to book.

Deep water river runs through the estate. This is well signed and has lifebelt. Fountain and pond located in the gardens.
Slip Hazard
Grass and stone walkways may be slippery when wet.

Flat landscaped area, although there is a 'ha-ha' surrounding house. A number of bridges either have a step or steep slope.
Beware Of Traffic
It is a traffic route from the ticket office to the front of the house as you access the car park. Please take care when entering and leaving the site.
