Okehampton Castle is open from Wednesdays to Sundays (closed Mondays and Tuesdays), 10am to 4pm, for free entry from 1 April to 31 October 2026. Please note, opening is dependent on volunteer availability so there may be instances where we have to close at very short notice.

Guided Tours of Okehampton Castle are also available on select dates. No need to book – just turn up at the kiosk at the time of the tour. Dates tours are available are listed below. Tours cost £5 per person.
