Bookings and Payments

Pre-booking your visit is essential. To book a trade or group visit from 28 March 2026 please register or log-in to access the Group Ticketing and Bookings Portal. Stonehenge, Dover Castle, Osborne, Battle Abbey, Audley End or Wrest Park are also bookable for visits up to and including 27 March 2026 but for all other sites please contact bookings@english-heritage.org.uk.

How to book

Find a group visit:

If you need some inspiration, take a look at our Inspiring Itineraries or read our Group Visits Guide. Use the Group Admission Prices & Site Opening Times brochure to check price and opening times.

Make a booking:

Visit the Group Ticketing and Bookings Portal for 26/27 season visits.  Stonehenge, Dover Castle, Osborne, Battle Abbey, Audley End or Wrest Park are also bookable for visits up to and including 27 March 2026 but for all other sites please contact bookings@english-heritage.org.uk. We require the following information to check availability and book you in:

  • Group name and contact details
  • Name of property to visit
  • Date and time of visit
  • Number of visitors
  • Your tour reference or booking reference (if available)
  • AVS number (if relevant)

Making payment:

Payment is currently taken on arrival at most of our sites. For visits from 28 March 2026 prepayment is available for all sites through the Group Ticketing and Bookings Portal. 

Agency Voucher Scheme

Our Agency Voucher Scheme (AVS) simplifies group administration and ensures your visit runs smoothly.

Once your account is set up, all you need to do is confirm you want to use AVS as the payment method when making your group booking. Your tour leaders then present your company voucher at the point of entry and the group will be admitted with no cash transaction. Our team will handle the admin and invoice you after the visit.

Entry onto the scheme is subject to a successful application, terms and conditions apply.
