Who we are
Emma joined the Travel Trade team in 2013 from the Philharmonia Orchestra at London's Southbank Centre and was previously part of the National Trust's marketing team.
Mercedes Picard - Travel Trade Sales Executive
Mercedes has been with English Heritage since 2005 and joined the Travel Trade team from 1066 Battle of Hastings, Abbey and Battlefield. She has extensive experience as a tour director.
Laura Gibbs - Travel Trade Account Executive
Laura joined the team in November 2016 having spent 7 years with the National Trust in membership marketing and holidays and prior to that worked in the cruise industry for Cunard, P&O Cruises and Princess Cruises.

Can I order leaflets and brochures about English Heritage Properties?
Yes. To request leaflets and brochures please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact details, full postal address and organisation/group/company name.
What is your group offer?
We offer group discounts off the adult, concession and child prices at all our properties, free entry for one tour leader and free entry for one coach driver. Discounts are often available for groups wanting to attend English Heritage events.
How do I find out the price of visiting a property?
Download the complete 2020/21 price list valid from 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021.
How do I find out the opening times of a property?

How can I receive the Group Visits Guide, the Attractions newsletter and other materials?
Sign up to our mailing list and you will get sent all of our up to date materials. You can also download the Group Visits Guide 2019/21 and download the latest edition of Attractions.
I'm a tour operator, how can I pay?
For Stonehenge you can pay by debit or credit card at least 7 days in advance of the visit or you can join our Agency Voucher Scheme. For all other English Heritage properties you can pay by cash, cheque (made payable to English Heritage Trust), debit or credit card on arrival or you can join our Agency Voucher Scheme.
I'm a group organiser, how can I pay?
For Stonehenge you can pay by debit or credit card at least 7 days in advance of the visit. For all other English Heritage properties you can pay by cash, cheque (made payable to English Heritage Trust), debit or credit card on arrival.
How do I book a group visit to Stonehenge?

How do I cancel my group visit?
Call the property at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may incur a cancellation fee.
