- How can I receive the Group Visits Guide, the Attractions newsletter and other materials?
- Can I get images of English Heritage properties to promote my tours?
Yes. You can access our library here. If you can't find what you're looking for please contact us and we will try to help. These images are free to use, we only ask they are copyrighted to © The English Heritage Trust.
- Can I order leaflets and brochures about English Heritage Properties?
Yes. To request leaflets and brochures please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- What is your group offer?
We offer a 15% discount (10% for Stonehenge) for groups of 11 or more paying visitors, if one person makes payment for the group. Coach driver, tour leader and English Heritage members are admitted free of charge and do not count towards the group numbers. Please note that all non-education groups must separate in to their household/support bubble or party of 6 on arrival and for the duration of their visit. Social distancing rules apply to anyone not in your household/support bubble.
- How do I find out the price of visiting a property?
For visits from 1 April 2020 to 26 March 2021, please download our Trade Admission Prices and Opening Times 2020/21 booklet.
- How do I find out the opening times of a property?
The property opening times can be found on each of the property pages on our website, or in our Trade Admission Prices and Opening Times booklet (see previous question).
- I'm a tour operator, how can I pay?
For Stonehenge you can pay by debit or credit card at least 7 days in advance of the visit or you can join our Agency Voucher Scheme. For all other English Heritage properties you can pay by cash, cheque (made payable to English Heritage Trust), debit or credit card on arrival or you can join our Agency Voucher Scheme.
- I'm a group organiser, how can I pay?
For Stonehenge you can pay by debit or credit card at least 7 days in advance of the visit. For all other English Heritage properties you can pay by cash, cheque (made payable to English Heritage Trust), debit or credit card on arrival.
- How do I book a group visit to Stonehenge?
If you would like to arrange a group visit to Stonehenge please email email@example.com and specify what date and time slot you would like. Visit our Stonehenge Group Visits page to find out more about bringing a group to Stonehenge.
- How do I book a group visit to an English Heritage property?
- How do I cancel my group visit?
Call the property at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may incur a cancellation fee.

Emma Peters - Stonehenge and Travel Trade Senior Marketing Manager
Emma joined the Travel Trade team in 2013 from the Philharmonia Orchestra at London's Southbank Centre and was previously part of the National Trust's marketing team.
Sarah-Jayne Beasley – Travel Trade Account Development Manager
Sarah-Jayne joined English Heritage in April 2018. Prior to joining the Travel Trade team, she worked in sales and marketing roles within the Hospitality Industry, across the hotel, airline and serviced apartment sectors.
Mercedes Picard - Travel Trade Sales Manager
Mercedes has been with English Heritage since 2005 and joined the Travel Trade team from 1066 Battle of Hastings, Abbey and Battlefield. She has extensive experience as a tour director.
Laura Gibbs - Stonehenge Account Executive
Laura joined the team in November 2016 having spent 7 years with the National Trust in membership marketing and holidays and prior to that worked in the cruise industry for Cunard, P&O Cruises and Princess Cruises.
Brook Bishop - Travel Trade Assistant
Brook has been with English Heritage since 2014 working in various roles at Tintagel Castle before joining the Travel Trade team in August 2019.
